(IT Jungle) According to the top brass in the iSeries division, IBM is attempting to grow the OS/400 server business on several fronts and pump up the OS/400 ecosystem on which it depends. READ MORE >

(Storage Pipeline) EMC was scheduled to announce the Clarion AX100 storage array, which can be configured to hold up to 3 Tbytes of Serial ATA storage capacity in a 2U rack enclosure with one or two processors. Using touchtone input, text-to-speech, and automatic speech recognition capabilities, the product helps maintain data as a customer is transferred from a computerized session to a live agent.
