Global Signs Terillium to Resell Spreadsheet Server

Published: January 9, 2007

by Alex Woodie

Terillium, one of Oracle's top resellers, is now reselling the Spreadsheet Server and other products from Global Software, the companies announced last month.

As part of the deal, Cincinnati, Ohio-based Terillium will resell the J.D. Edwards and Oracle E-Business Suite versions of Global's Spreadsheet Server application, as well as its Budget Manager and Executive DASH software. Terillium will have the rights to sell and license these products throughout North America.

The decision to bring Terillium into the Global fold was not an easy one, according to Spencer Kupferman, vice president of corporate affairs for the Raleigh, North Carolina, company.

"Global's worldwide partner channel receives multiple requests per week around the world from eager organizations who feel they can bring value to our channel by representing our Excel-based products to their ERP customers," Kupferman says. "Our policy is very simple: We have to be very selective in developing certified partners for our Oracle, JDE and SAP channels due to the amount of interest our Spreadsheet Server application generates from potential partners in these spaces."

Matt Lesseuer, vice president of sales for Terillium, says Global's solutions are a natural fit for his company. "Spreadsheet Server is a fabulous complementary tool and one that will fit in to our offerings in the Oracle/JDE space quite nicely," he says.
