CCSS Retains ServerProven Validation

CCSS last week announced it has retained the ServerProven certification from IBM for 2007, giving iSeries shops peace of mind that CCSS' systems automation products will work as advertised, as well as easing the impact on the pocketbook.
iSeries shops can get a rebate of up to $68,000 when they buy ServerProven software and run it on a new System i, or purchase an eligible upgrade, according to IBM's ServerProven Web page. The ServerProven program also covers the System x line of products, and provides rebates of up to $5,000 on that platform.
There are more than 1,000 ServerProven products covering System i and System x platforms. Check out this IBM Web site to search for ServerProven products.
CCSS CEO Ray Wright looked back on 2006, which he declared was a good year.
"In July we moved into expanded North American offices in Raleigh, [North Carolina], where product manager Paul Ratchford relocated from the UK. In September, we released Version 12 of our flagship solution, QSystem Monitor, providing complete flexibility for customers to decide both what they want to monitor and how they want the data presented. In November, we established a South East Asian subsidiary, CCSS (Asia), in The Philippines," Wright says. "We anticipate another great year in 2007."
