nuBridges Adds Invoice Management Capabilities to Existing Products

Published: February 13, 2007

by Alex Woodie

Have trouble dealing with incoming invoices? A solution may be in the cards from nuBridges, which last week launched its Incoming Invoice Management (IIM) offering for existing customers that use its EDI software across a value added network (VAN).

For some companies, it may be too expensive or too time consuming to install separate software or manually deal with incoming invoices. With nuBridges new IIM offering, customers can now leverage their existing EDI capability (using nuBridges AS2 or FTP software) to automate the invoicing and payment process.

"The key word is management," says nuBridges director of e-business solutions, Tiyash Bandyopadhyay. "This service is more than just a data transfer tool. Inbound Invoice Management actually transforms the data into whatever form you require and even matches purchase orders to invoices."

nuBridges says IIM can automatically apply business rules based on the timing and content of purchase orders, invoices, and advanced shipment notices, and also includes a dashboard interface where users can get alerts and notifications.

nuBridges sells EDI, connectivity, and security software for a variety of operating systems, including OS/400. For more information, visit www.nubridges.com.
