OS/400 electronic document management software vendor Quadrant Software will be moving its technical operations to a new location in Massachusetts, the company announced this week. The move, from Taunton to Mansfield, will allow the company to expand its technical laboratories, training rooms, and customer service center, the company says.
Quadrant's new 80,000-square-foot building in Mansfield will be home to all of the company's technical services, including the development, technical support, and professional services departments. It will also house the sales team, the company says.
This is the second move in as many years for Quadrant, which moved its headquarters from Taunton to Tampa, Florida, last year. The company is currently run from a $2-million building in Telecom Park, a high tech business park in Florida's "High Tech Corridor" that is also home to mobile communications giant Verizon.
Gary Langton, CEO and co-founder of Quadrant, reflected on the move, and what it means for the future of his company. "We started off as a pioneer in fax server technology. Today we are a strong force in the document management and imaging arena. I am positive that this new location will allow us to continue growing, and provide our customers with the quality of products and services they expect from us," Langton says.
The new office will be located at: 120 Forbes Boulevard, Mansfield, Massachusetts, 02048. The new phone number is (508) 594-2700 and the new fax number is (508) 339-8380.
