WorksRight Drives Down Mailing Costs with Three New Products

WorksRight Software last week announced the availability of new geocoding software for the iSeries server. Given a postal address, the Z4 LAT/LON program calculates the exact coordinates of that address, which leads to more accurate addresses and lower mailing costs for the user. In addition to geocoding, the OS/400 mailing software specialist recently introduced new software based on the U.S. Postal Service's Delivery Point Verification and Residential Delivery Indicator technology. Two of the players in the thin client market have recently introduced new thin clients that feature processors running 1 GHz or more, which is faster than what has typically been found in these PC alternatives. BOSaNOVA touts the capability of its new 1000 Series to run Java applications, while Wyse Technology says that its new Winterm V and S series thin clients will excel in graphics-intensive environments.
