CASS Certification
What is it? Why do you need it?

CASS--Coding Accuracy Support System--is a test and certification system developed by the U.S. Postal Service to determine if ZIP Code software can accurately assign ZIP Codes to mailing addresses. CASS-certified software helps improve accuracy of carrier route, 5-digit ZIP, ZIP+4, and delivery point codes. It's the first step in qualifying for postage discounts. Investigate CASS and CASS software at www.worksright.com or call WorksRight Software at 601-856-8337.

Exception: Password is not set
.

Hey, Ted:

I know how to use the Clear Physical File Member (CLRPFM) command to clear a database file member.

Is there a command that clears IFS files?

Reader Feedback and Insights: Ad-Hoc SQL and Linux

I liked your recent article, "SQL and Multi-Member Files ." I'm not (yet) very experienced in using SQL, and the create alias tip is a good one. You gave a list of options for running the SQL on the 400. Well, I can add one more.
