Intel Bites the Bullet: Xeon Gets 64-Bit Support
by Timothy Prickett Morgan

The conspiracy theorists are not always wrong. The future Xeon workstation and server processors from Intel that are based on the new "Prescott" core that was announced a few weeks ago do indeed have 64-bit memory extensions in them. Mad Dog 21/21: A Lion in the Sand
by Hesh Wiener

In November 2001, a team of French archeologists found the bones of a mummified lion in the Egyptian tomb of Maia, who had been the wet nurse of the pharaoh Tutankhamun, popularly known as King Tut. They believe the big cat was interred along with the little nurse about 1430 B.C. At first, they didn't let the cat out of the bag.
