Joomla 3.1 Adds Dynamic Content Tagging

A new release of the Joomla content management system (CMS) supports dynamic tagging out of the box, thereby enabling users to generate new content using pre-existing associations. Joomla 3.1, which runs on IBM i as a PHP application, also brings new mobile capabilities. Tags are a form of metadata that allows a user to classify or otherwise note a particular piece of content.
