Legacy application modernization tool maker BluePhoenix Solutions has finished out its first quarter of 2008, and despite any uncertainties in the economy in the United States, the company is riding the wave of legacy application projects that are helping dozens of tool vendors for IBM mainframe and AS/400 platforms make a decent living.
